PLEASE NOTE : We recommend keeping blank score sheets or a printed version of the score sheets that you can obtain via your member services account just in case the APA Scorekeeper App goes down on league night.  It is super rare, but it has happended in the past!

THE LEAGUE OFFICE USES THE DATE AND TIME STAMP ON THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM ZELLE WHEN DETERMINING WHEN YOUR WEEKLY FEES ARE RECEIVED, NOT WHEN YOU SUBMITTED THEM, FOR BONUS POINT PURPOSES.

WEEKLY DUES ARE DUE BY THE DAY AFTER YOUR MATCH EVEN IF YOU AGREE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR ENTIRE MATCH OR PART OF YOUR MATCH - NO BONUS POINTS ON THIS MATCH - YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED PAST DUE AT THIS POINT

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

1. Print your score sheet each using your APA member services account 

2. Send us weekly dues using ZELLE (it's FREE) thru you online banking account - send your weekly dues to:

3. You must include your team name, team number and week of play in the memo section of the payment (week of play is printed on your SS) to receive your bonus points
4. Fill out the dues section on your score sheet so we know how to apply your dues - you can send in additional money for weekly dues or new members - filling out this section on the score sheet is how we know how to apply the additional money you are sending us
5.EMAIL ONLY A PDF OF YOUR SCORE SHEET to Mark Choi  mchoi@apaleagues.com - make sure it is good and clear & everything can be seen clearly AND IN PDF FORMAT!  USE A FREE PDF CONVERTER APP!  IN SUBJECT LINE INCLUDE : team # and week # of play.  
6. DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL AS IT WILL NOT BE READ - ALL SS GET SORTED ELECTRONICALLY AND PRINTED ON OUR END AUTOMATICALLY.  
7. USE THE MESSAGE CENTER ON THE SCORE SHEET to alert us to new players being added, nicknames and such - on the score sheet itself.
8. As noted in the bylaws - all other issues need a separate email.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT INDIVIDUAL PAYMENTS FROM EACH MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM - HAVE ONLY 1 PERSON COLLECT DUES FROM EACH MEMBER AND THEN SEND IN THE FULL TEAM DUES EACH WEEK

all of the banks are using ZELLE -  if you have online banking, you have ZELLE at your bank AND IT IS FREE!
