OUR VEGAS 2010 TEAMS RETURN--RESULTS BELOW!
This past week, Brooklyn and Queens took Las Vegas by storm, and Sin City may never be the same again! The Riviera Hotel & Casino was the site of the 2010 APA National Championships and Brooklyn/Queens was well represented by 3 8-ball teams, 2 9-ball teams and 2 Doubles teams. It was a very successful, fun-filled week, highlighted by an amazing run by Gerry Kanter and Jimmy Frize, our 9-Ball Scotch Doubles representatives.
The experience was one that our players surely will never forget, and they are all champions to us.
Congratulations to all of our 2010 Las Vegas participants, and we hope to see you all back next year!

SUPER SATURDAY IS LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AWAY!
Determining the Division Champ is just the beginning of the drama! The post-season contenders won’t be complete until the Wildcard teams are announced on Super Saturday. You don’t want to miss the excitement of the Wildcard draw for the playoffs which takes place Saturday, September 11th @ 7pm at Ocean’s 8 @ Brownstone Billiards, located at 308 Flatbush Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11217. We will also conduct the Early Bird Registration 50%-off draw and the 100%-off Sportsmanship Winners draw!
REMINDER: In order to participate on a team in the Divisional Playoffs each Session, players must have at least 4 matches played for that team during the Session, in the format in which they will be competing (8-ball or 9-ball). Forfeits and Byes do not count toward this total.
Any teams that have outstanding dues will not be eligible for either the playoffs or the wildcard draw. All past-due fees must be received in the League Office by Friday, September 10th. There will be no exceptions.
THE MAKE-UP MATCH DEADLINE HAS PASSED!
With Saturday, August 21 behind us, no teams will be allowed to play make-up matches going forward this Session, and any matches that have not been made up are forfeited. Teams will have to pay full weekly fees for any scheduled matches that were not played. There will be no exceptions.
If your team failed to play a make-up match, the weekly fees of that match will appear as a past due on your scoresheet.
ITS' PAST THE 6TH WEEK OF THE SESSION AND THE ROSTERS ARE NOW FROZEN! THERE WILL BE NO MORE CHANGES TO YOUR TEAM ROSTER ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

For all Brooklyn Queens APA players your membership number is 112 in front of your 5- digit player number.
If so, now you can LOG ON to “Member Services” directly from the very top of our web site (in the RED bar). Once you are logged on, a “Member Services” tab will appear at the top of the menu list on the LEFT side of the page.
If you haven’t set up this account yet, you can do so by clicking on "Create Account" (again, in the RED bar at the very top of our web site). It only takes a few minutes and you will able to access your personal stats and play history through “Member Services.”
